Delivery can take up 8 weeks due to hand sewn craftsmanship and small batch production.
Basic Shipping Information
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, custom craftsmanship, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the buyers in 5-7 weeks after the order is placed. Made just for you.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery within United States of America usually takes 5 -7 business days. International delivery usually takes about 7–30 business days.
We send a tracking number for each buyer so that you can follow the shipping path.
USPS Postage is used for packages within the US and is calculated at time of checkout based on your location. The cost is estimated at $7.00 - $10.00 USD.
- International Shipping is done through DHL, USPS, or UPS and we will provide you options to select the best rate possible based on the location you live in. The cost is estimated at $15.00 - $80.00 USD dependent on your location.
International customers please note:
Purchase price and shipping fees do not include payment of your local taxes, tariffs, duties, receiving and/or handling fees, etc. These are the additional responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect a shipment.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.
We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been confirmed by carrier as delivered to the appropriate address.
We are not responsible for tracking your item once dispatched. We provide tracking information so you can track your order whenever you like.
We are not responsible for any items where the delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. Delivery must be rearranged or items must be collected as per your delivery service instructions, it is recommended this is done asap as items will be returned to us if no attempt is made. Any further re-delivery from our company will be at your own cost.
Likewise, if an item is returned to us and no contact is made to rearrange dispatch we will not be responsible for providing a refund, items can be resent but only once additional postage costs have been paid. We will contact you directly should an item be returned without us hearing from you first but if we receive no response in a reasonable amount of time we will not be responsible for the items getting back to you.
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the United States there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.
